A toll road used by thousands of vehicles every day belongs to someone.

A toll road that carries thousands of vehicles every day belongs to someone. Its owner does not build interchanges or repair the asphalt—they own the right. And that right can be passed on to their children.

Now imagine that the same principle—the right to receive a share from every transaction—applies not to roads, but to real estate deals. This is how a portion in the Atlas project works—a digital infrastructure for the UAE real estate market.

An IP Share (Intellectual Property Share) is not merely an entry in a database or a "digital image." It is a legally documented portion of the platform's intellectual property, confirmed by a contract. It can be bequeathed, gifted, or sold, just like tangible assets.

What is important to understand:

▪️ it is an ownership portion in the project, not simply a record in someone else's database;

▪️ it can be bequeathed, transferred, or sold;

▪️ participation is possible at the early stage—before the platform is launched;

▪️ all mechanisms are formalized in the contract.

"The opportunity to pass my portion on to my children simply did not exist before. For me, this is, above all, something that will remain with my family," says one of the partners.
