From the First Store Shelves to 760 Stores in 9 Months: How SweetCloud’s Sales Network Expanded

At the end of 2025, the SweetCloud factory in Belgrade produced its first pallet of caramel popcorn. The next task was to get the product onto store shelves. By the end of September 2026, the product was already available in 760 stores across Serbia.
The team secured its first listing with the Serbian retail chain Prima Nova in February. In March, Mercator confirmed the launch in 39 stores. At the same time, SweetCloud became available in independent retail outlets and at Euro Petrol and Butan gas petrol stations.
The sales network expanded gradually: by the end of March, the product was available in 240 stores, increasing to 441 in May and 626 in July. By the end of September, the number of retail outlets had reached 760, with an average of approximately 20 new stores added per week during the final month.
Behind every new retail outlet is the work of the team and distributors: negotiating product placement, arranging deliveries, and maintaining product availability on store shelves. The next stage is to strengthen the brand’s presence in existing stores and expand the sales network. We will share further results in upcoming publications.
